Yes because context matters. He just says it at a video game, not to anyone in particular. That doesn't make him a racist.
No one would care if he used a derogatory term for gay people, which streamers and gamers use a lot, lot more than the N word. SJW's pick and choose what to get offended at.
BTW I'm not defending his use of the word, I'm just saying that the definition of racism goes beyond using a singular word. PDP may or may not be racist. You can't really say one way or the other. Now if he had called a black man the n word directly, sure it'd be much clearer.
