This is my writeup after listening on speakers:
Speaker audio quality sucks, but it makes this song sounds so much better. I thought this was cool enough to try on speakers, so Im breaking my headphones-only habit for this. Originally this was a literal 2!
I heard that some songs are made for specific speakers and are mixed or produced to sound best on whatever system it's playing on. So if this is a game rip it could have just not worked with your earbuds very well. Most composers take into account that their songs will play on a variety of speakers these days so they mix and produce it accordingly so it sounds good on just about everything and not just studio speakers or headphones.
