Even if you get help, i actually recommend the experienced builder forces the person to install the cpu. If they can do that scary shit, they can perform any other maintenance that will come around later.
What happened for me was a friend just observed and was like "Don't do that" if I made a mistake or was about to make one, but was mostly hands-off. I'm still nervous when I do things on my own though.
Good dude to sit down, and watch...this can take hours if you take your time.
