In most cases I agree but in the case of transplants there are more people in need than there are organs - in that case the organs should go to people who aren't gonna go and throw their lives away on an illness that has a vaccine available. Someone else could die because they don't get the heart that this guy's going and then he won't even take a simple step to protect his life after that.

They've already had rules surrounding stuff like not drinking or smoking while you're on the transplant list, I don't see this as any different.
