It's not that hard if it's easy for people to jump boarders on a daily basis. Heck, unless there are money-sniffing dogs scratching between the panels of a rusted out, inconspicuous 90s model sedan...shouldn't be too hard to get to Baja.
Or realise it will last a very long time because you wont be able to do anything big with that amount of cash if you can't provide a receipt of where it came from.
Because lying on your taxes isn't a thing either. And a smart person wouldn't be drawing attention to themselves as well.
