Extremely high. Buying a home around here is nearly impossible. I stopped actively trying. My friend went to an open house yesterday for a house selling for $450k, that was previously purchased for $150k almost 10 years ago. His realtor told him they already have 30 offers for the place - multiple of which are offering $20,000-$30,000 over asking, and waiving inspection. Thats the norm around here. Ive accepted Ill never be a home owner in this market.
