The situation isn't really much of a set back at all. Some of the threads retracted, but they've adjusted the system and now it's working even better than it was originally. No new safety concerns introduced yet.
Thank you. I was about to post the same. What we are noticing is more of the maintenence or tuning after application. Which is ongoing to understanding the effectiveness of the implant.
It being connected to Elon is dubious at best. He's not part of the research team except being the funds.
