Without going that deep into each of these characters, Sonic is the clear winner. Half of the characters on here either don't have any useful tools, weak weapons that won't really help them fight anyone, or don't have much feats. The only threats to Sonic is Blinx, maybe Ty, and MAYBE (by huge stretch) Bubsy. Even then Blinx is the only major threat as he can control time.
