Jan 01 - 279lbs
Feb 28 - 250lbs
1200-1500 calories and I focused on high protein foods. No processed junk food. January was rough but it's paying off now. My head fat shrank, my legs, my belly and my arms all got slimmer. 50lbs to go and I plan on burning 10lbs a month before October.
