Superman was popular, but for movies, toys, merch, even comic books they sell really poorly and have been getting worse for 20 years now.
its so bad s small game/comic store by my house stopped ordering new Superman titles because they dont sell, but he orders the 10 or more Batman titles each month.
Even back issues never sell for him at most stores. He just lost all his interest I guess
