probably Fire Emblem, it's something that may or may not have mainstream appeal (in modern times, compared to Awakening) where people will be all "that's it?", Nintendo knows that all they need is a few hundred thousand fans to buy the DLC+cards+gasha and suddenly they've paid themselves in development.

Honestly, how can they even monetize simple levelling maps? not like they're entirely voice acted or whatever. i think jumping to Switch will be the large thing that'd deter new fans. before, Fire Emblem just kinda sat in the background as Ike was added to Brawl, suddenly it jumped up after Awakening and became skeptical with Fates what with the controversy and the fact that you have to get the other 2 paths just for a full experience ontop of DLC, or that Echoes DLC costs more than the base game.

So we're supposed to assume that a Fire Emblem Switch is going to be AAA console-style? it just has pretty big shoes to fill. Echoes were mostly a inbetween game. even Echoes was only announced like a month before it came out in Japan (where it inevitably leaked, only for dataminers to reveal that there's a Female Corrin amiibo).

A more surprising reveal would be something like the Custom Robo Reboot (assuming it's amazing), or something along the lines of Warioware: Switched, because you just know a game that isn't DIY/Snapped/Game & Wario is going to be a more superior product; even more grimly, it'd be better than 1-2-Switch due to having plot, non-realistic characters and hundreds more minigames. Yoshi might be different enougth to attract people, but Kirby might struggle slightly, if only because by being on 3DS; games like Robobot/Triple Deluxe felt like more solid products, suddenly they're going back to the Ad-hoc teamwork which might make the game less serious in comparison.

Though in Kirby's case, it'd be more like the cost of cartridges/downloads might cause people to still be on the fence, whereas Yoshi would at least have a graphical/gameplay difference.
