Both were amazing, I think Namek slightly edges because Frieza vs. Goku is such a GOAT tier fight.

What I loved about Android Saga was the mystery and intrigue surroudning the big bad players. And the Z warriors having to play detective to get to the bottom of it leading up to Cell. It was very intriguing and no arc feels quite like it.
