Easy, Pepper, I don't even put it on anything I eat anymore, granted there's only really a couple of meals I eat Salt with, but still, Spaghetti without Salt (And Garlic Salt) just doesn't taste as good IMO.

you need salt, you don't need pepperI'm assuming that when you say need that you mean need to stay alive, because without a qualifier of why you need something saying that you need something is a meaningless statement. While some quantity of sodium and chloride in your diet is essential to your health, there are sources other than salt where you can get them. So you don't need salt to live.
