Soy Sauce. Beef isn't bad either.

I usually like the ones labeled "vegetable" and "oriental" but the second one I have no idea what it's supposed to actually be flavored like.
Never write off the Doctor!

Shrimp used to be my favorite but lately I prefer pork.

It's a tossup between the Samyang Seafood Party and the Nongshim Neoguri Spicy Seafood. The Seafood Party has a better soup mix, but the Neoguri noodles alone are worth the price and the soup packet is pretty good too.

chicken though I usually melt some cheese in it also. once I even went as far as cooking some chicken strips, cutting them into tiny bits and mixing them in as well. that was pretty good.

I think "oriental" is basically the soy sauce flavor I mentioned with a few added spices, but I am not 100% sure. It makes sense because if you order "regular" at a noodle shop it is typically soy sauce flavor.

Shio isn't rare but miso, shoyu, and tonkotsu are the ketchup, mustard, and relish of ramen flavours. Everywhere either offers at least those three or only one of them and does it well.

Everywhere? There are restaurants (here in Japan) that specialize in shio.
