I haven't seen all of them, but probably The Thing, since it can replicate the forms of others and is smart enough to

The Thing is the obvious choice but we don't really know enough about it. For all we know, a Predator would be able to easily pick out replicants with one of their vision modes.

Well we know we can rule out the xenomorph straight away. One on one, predator kicks its ass.
I'd say either predator or the thing.
The thing is dangerous, but in a free for all situation it loses its disguise advantage. Also, while it can mimic the predator, it can't mimic its tech.

Honestly, the Predator's sportsman mentality is his biggest weakness.
I got into a discussion after MKX of Predator vs Jason Voorhees. We pretty much agreed that the Predator would try to take on Jason in a melee battle since Jason doesn't carry any guns. That would ultimately lead to his demise.
Same thing with the Blob and etc. You just aren't taking them on without ranged arsenal.

If we go OOC full warmode the whole fight, then Predators got a big chance if they stay cloaked the whole time and nuke everything that moves, but their sportmanship mentality prevents that.

If predator doesn't have his kit, nobody has a chance against Calvin. If he has weaponry, it depends on whether or not it works against Calvin.

Sure. He's one of the weakest without it. Still put up a good fight against the xenomorph though.

To be fair here, that is how nature has worked for us. Humans have never been the strongest or largest animals on earth. But our intelligence and weapons have allowed us to overcome the obstacles and rise to the top of the food chain.
The fact that Predator needs weapons sometimes is irrelevant. He is an intelligent and ruthless hunter with super strength and advanced weaponry. It's what makes him a force to be reckoned with It isn't a crutch.
