St Louis may be a... divisive city, but it seemed like the bigger standout - whether that's a positive or not - and the Gateway Arch is easily one of MO's most iconic aspects, if not the most iconic.

5/10, and I live here.

Everything good about the state (lots of peaceful areas, mostly friendly people, the Arch, the sports teams, etc.) is offset by the bad (East Saint Louis, Ferguson, bipolar weather patterns, Cardinals fans who think they're the "best fans in baseball" and act like smug assholes, etc.) to result in a perfectly average score of 5/10.

East St. Louis is in Illinois, so at least there's that.

My mom's side of my family is from Mountain View and West Plains in Missouri.

Everytime I've went there on vacation or to see family and shit it's been nice, so I gave it a 10.
I felt like I was watching a dream I'd never wake up from...hmp. Before I knew it, the dream was all over.
