Meeting your favorite actors who performed in the shows you like or if you like their character. Getting a chance to get a picture with them proving that you met them. Getting an autograph that could give the thing you're getging signed more value.
I remember at the first convention I went to, Bronycon 2012, I lined up for an autograph session with Andrea Libman and a friend from here on CE was also with me. The line took a few hours, but by the time we got to the front of the line, her session was already over and we were only there that one day. She came back down specifically for us. It was special.
