Best antagonist
Good soundtrack (Gonna Fly Now and Eye of the Tiger are a better songs, but this is better start to finish. Also I've got a soft spot for Vince Dicola)
Great "constrast" between hardworking American boxer training by carrying fucking logs on his back, in the snow vs Drago, the man of soviet science

3. has the most fights (thunderlips, 2x clubber), has most important death of the series (though not most impactful), crossed over from movie to real life (rocky statue), best song, 2nd best montage (short shorts running on beach, 4 does have the best montage).
