You know the one. Without it you are not entitled to fair fines and dues or in fact any fairness based on the outcome of your trial at all! This would put public floggings back onto the table.

Just saying, it's mainly ISIS supporters and child abusers that would fear it being repealed. But as a law-abiding American who loves his country and wants to protect children, I say repeal it. Repeal it now and forever.
