It does tend to be a little more noticeable when you are:

1.The Defendant;

2.A former President of the United States;

3.Your reelection campaign is focused on how robust and energetic you are compared to your very close in age opponent.

An opinion does not turn into a fact simply because the person holding it feels strongly about it.

Worse than that. There was someone straight up talking about the case and hurriedly said "it only takes one" as they were closing out, as in "it only takes one Trumper getting on the jury to make sure he's not convicted", as the conversation they were having with a "legal analyst" was lying about the legitimacy of the case.

I don't think it is for defendants, though. Was hearing multiple prosecutors yesterday saying how they'd never personally seen it, especially so early into the day (think it was 3 hours into court).

Most people wouldn't be able to sleep when facing 34 felonies and jurors aren't likely to look too kindly on a defendant who would because it makes it seem like they just don't care.

And sometimes its even faked. I once saw a video that claimed it was Biden falling asleep on the phone during an interview on a TV news channel. You hear snoring and the reporter trying to wake him up

But it was confirmed to be fake. Someone edited footage and audio together to make up something that never happened
