I need to go on these HOA meetings. Technically the place I live in is bought, but they repaired my deck late year, and repaired stairs and added railings this year. Maybe I should exist an ominous lump this year...

wow lol, so is that just the normal montlhy HOA fees, or are people behind on a big special assessment like this topic? I wonder if anyone here is gonna refuse to pay the $10k

We didn't want an HOA either. But ours is 250 every 6 months. Never again though.

Feel bad for those paying exorbitant prices.
