I don't understand why this is bad? I only know the negative connotation that no fault divorce benefits cheaters.
No fault divorce means you can file for a divorce and that's it. No need to prove your spose did anything wrong or have your spouse agree to the seperation.
Without it, people (largely women) can be trapped into abusive marriages
