They tend to be crimes used to add to a criminals sentence to expand their sentence and rarely are actual crimes people are found guilty of which shows how little Republicans had on Hunter.
But regular people also aren't a target of the AG for being the new president's political enemy, which Hunter easily could be.

The real witch hunt was Hunter Biden(pun....unavoidable). Don Jr. was shown to be doing coke at the Space X launch, we know if he got in trouble, he is being pardoned immediately(lets just assume for a second this is a federal crime/charges), AND the added cherry on top is Don promising to sic Pam Bondi on all the people involved in it.
So, to me, this pardon is not something I like, but time and time again we see the republicans cry about law and order, or whatever, but when it comes to them personally they do what they want, have the cake, eat it to, and their base cheers AND they seem to suffer no negative consequences. So this Hunter Biden pardon, to me, is a drop in the bucket compared to what's happened and going to happen.
