Fancy schmancy method:

  1. Big ol slices of white bread
  2. Apply some kind of oily sauce on the insides. If you don't have one, mayonnaise works.
  3. Add your fillings whatever they are.
  4. Slap together, place entire sandwich in a panini press and push it down.
  5. Once cheese starts melting, apply a little butter to the outsides.
  6. Continue toasting in panini press
