I'm a tiny bit above 6'1"

(if I'm talking to a girl I magically grow an inch and I'm suddenly 6'2".. but when I stop talking to her, the spell wears off and I'm 6'1" again)

62. Tried and true doctor measured with bare feet. At 49 years old no shrinking yet either since my back is in good shape.

This topic has come up many times in the past and people are always so doubtful about whether people are truthful. My state is in the higher end average both men and women for the U.S. Its seriously not uncommon for me to see quite a few people close to my height when at the grocery store. The state average for men is almost 511

Just barely scraping the underside of the 6' mark. So I just say 6' rather than 5'11.9 or whatever.
