I tried both last month, and I agree. With Reese's pieces, the shell is softer, but there's no chocolate. With peanut butter M&Ms, that delicious peanut butter and chocolate flavor can be tasted.

I love Reeses and I completely agree. I think its texture of the shell, and the little bit of chocolate itself that gives it an almost Reeses like quality that the Reeses pieces are ironically lacking.

I think they're pretty even, they just have a different "angle" on the flavor. I prefer Pieces just on a personal level.
The food here is terrible. My steak was so tough it attacked my coffee and the coffee was too weak to defend itself.

Coffee Nut M&Ms (sadly discontinued) > Peanut M&Ms > Almond M&Ms > Reese's Pieces = peanut butter M&Ms > plain M&Ms

I loved the coffee ones! Almond and crispy are also great. They used to have a bag that I really liked that was a mix of white, dark and milk chocolate and was all peanut m&ms.
