Lol there was another episode, I think with future version of adult fire guy and wind russian girl, where they say it's irresponsible to have more than 2 kids per family.

It's kinda wild how dude was complaining about a meager 5 billion people lol. In my lifetime I've seen that number shoot up to 8 billion, and 10 billion is just around the corner. It's terrifying but there's really nothing much to say about it

I'd say all the villains from the old show are written pretty realistically in that they all just want to become rich or otherwise better their own lives and say "fuck the planet" in pursuit of money.

Hell, the show even predicted that AI was going to fuck up the environment decades before ChatGPT started doing exactly that.
