Obama by far
This is my answer. He accomplished a lot considering how toxic and bad faith the GOP had become at that point. He is the kind of person we want as an Executive-smart and capable and inspiring. I admire him a lot.
I was really involved in Democratic politics during the 90s, so I met Clinton and those around him multiple times. He really is the most charismatic person I have ever been in a room with, and I actually think he was an extremely effective President. But he cannot be on the list, because his actions with women are just gross.
Carter was a very ineffective President, but maybe the best person to ever hold the office. I would have loved to shake his hand and thank him for all his great work. He made all of us better.
In addition, I have lived during three of the worst and most disastrous Presidents in American history: Reagan, GWB, and Trump. They have been a disaster for America, all three were instrumental in the broken system we have now, and they just may be hugely responsible for the implosion of our democracy.
The Presidents of my lifetime have been a very mixed bag. Trump is the worst in history and certainly the dumbest.
