I'm not claiming this is amazing by any means but in high school my senior year I randomly heard this on MTV and ended up buying this album and enjoying it. They only did two albums I believe and this was their first one. Kind of obscure but was well liked back in the day. Anyway I wanted to post something not totally mainstream which there is nothing wrong with that but I just wanted to maybe give you something you hadn't heard.

I have to add another one. One of the best concerts I ever went to in the 90's when I was in the Navy was this smallish but legendary venue in Virginia Beach called The Boathouse that a lot of big bands went to. It only held about 1,500 people and felt like a club and was totally great.

Anyway I went there in 96 to watch The Offspring and the Vandals who I loved both of. The opening act was Lunachicks who I wasn't familiar with at the time but they were great and I really came to enjoy their entire run of 90's material. They were pretty awesome.

I like the way they blend Surf Rock and Metal in this one. GWAR is a gimmick band, but they have some surprisingly interesting tracks.

I'm not familiar with this song but I do have their Engraved in Black album on CD.

It was one of the first metal CDs I got. I've been into punk since the 90s but didn't start getting into metal until 2003/2004.
