Good. She's getting up there and needs to step down. I'm sick and fucking tired of octogenarians deciding policy that they may not be alive in three weeks to see.

Edit: she's lucky she's not (and she fucking well should be) in jail for all the insider trading, too.

I'm not sure why people play into the false narrative of "Pelosi is an inside trader."

She's one of the most scrutinized figures in Congress and complies with all ethical guidelines. Republicans would've tried to prosecute her long ago if there was anything there. Her husband is also rich AF without her doing anything.

I'm not saying she's some hardscrabble woman of the people, but she hasn't abused her office.

She along with Clinton and Harris have the Democratic frontrunner woman problem: People (no matter their political lean) will latch on to anything to dislike or hate them regardless if it's true or false.

I wonder who will win her seat since I feel like anyone she endorses will have an enormous advantage in that district.

I agree that the focus on her is unwarranted and clearly right wing driven to divert attention away from their own insider traders but come on man she was definitely using exclusive legislative knowledge for her trading.

We saw this same thing with Hillary Clinton's emails. "Troubling questions raised!" with no actual wrongdoing is the hallmark of writing about Democrats. We saw the same about Clinton Foundation donors, Joe Biden "helping" Hunter, Dianne Feinstein's "COVID insider trading" etc etc.
