Depends on the food and the mood. In general, Sriracha is the most versatile I've found but obviously if you want something like wings or chicken bites, you can't beat buffalo style sauces. Frank's makes a good flavoring for a hot style soup. Tobasco can be good on lots of things too, like Sriracha, but on most things I'd prefer to have the Sriracha. Maybe on eggs it wins out.

I tend to prefer ones that are more vinegar based like Tabasco , but I also love any hot sauce that tastes nice and has a really good kick. I was in a hot sauce of the month club until I got overloaded with sauce and cancelled for a while

I love the flavor of buffalo sauces best but only use them on chicken

Tapatio on the other hand, I can use on a lot of different stuff, and I like it better than a lot of similar sauces because it doesn't have vinegar
