tbh i started on corru last night for about 3 hours just so i could theoretically have something appropriate to put for the title and clearly it wasn't a very fruitful effort. cool game though

first match quite close for me, Frosty Forest is a very fun song! I do really love what corru does with it's digital alien atmosphere though.
I did not enjoy the other deemo songs as much as the first one.

Frosty forest is uh... I mean, it's a rhythm game song! In a rhythm game! But it's not what I love about Deemo, and is what I dislike about rhythm game music (namely, a predilection for speed over, well, other things). Timestopper starts off cool, then quickly shifts to what are interesting sounds over a fairly standard techno rhythm. I don't like fairly standard techno rhythms! But hey, I can appreciate everything except that rhythm quite a bit.

Yadorigi is fine I guess. Dunno what else to say. It was all right, but also I think forgettable. Let me out just isn't clicking wait no it is clicking i have been reclicked?! Yeah somehow warped space broken dream thing is hitting me i blame everything.

poor kitty doesn't deserve to be sunk :( Impact might actually be my favorite of corro's set, but 123 is too strong.

i realize this is my own fault for choosing/needing not to be a more active participant in set selection, but after the mili goodness that was the nom set, the lack of her (yes i realize that's the group name shh) is kinda disappointing. Like not super disappointing, 123 is fantastic and Yadorigi was enjoyable, but still >_>

In unrelated news, people who write 4,000 line tests for 2,000 line functions and expect other people to maintain their code can go fudge themselves.

I love the jazzy feel of this one and how it just pulls apart at the end. I do wish there was more to it instrumentation wise, but maybe I'm just not really in the mood for piano driven works today. (uh-oh?)

Oh this guy right here is hella sinister. God damn. Love the "alien" sounds and harsh texture. Very very cool and spooky!

I'm definitely feeling this Deemo song a bit more, especially before the vocals. This is a vocal style that can be hard for me to enjoy, but I think the vocalists hold back on being too saccharine and airy with their voices. It'll take a hot minute for it to really stick, but I think I like it.

Less scary, more mellow. But I love how this one also keeps the weird alien sounds. I hope this game is creepy. If it isn't actually creepy I'd be legit disappointed because I love the stuff its laying down. I think I like the other one a little more!!

I've sat through this song for two different contests. I've already showered it with constant praise.

Oh no this one is really really cool. I just love how weird and scary these songs are, I hate to vote against them ...

Frosty Forest is awesome, I'm always down for songs with this rhythm. Tactics is some good synthwave-ish and it's enjoyable. Both are good, but I'll take Forest.

This is certified fungi beats. The piano intro is gentle and the song keeps me well engaged on it, very neat. LMO is a solid ambient song. I feel these are even too. But I'll pick the mushroom one.

Oh boy, 123. A song I'm crazy conflicted about. It's very pretty, but I have my problems with it. This isn't VGMC though, so my milleage will vary. Impact is interesting, but not much else to say about it.

Yeah, looks like today is a clean Deemo sweep, good job!
