If you want to claim that it's not true that it's rare for there to genuinely be no low-cost options available, you're going to need to cite a decent number of examples in which that's the case. Just saying "gas money" as though the mere existence of a price on gas means it's impossible to do anything affordably isn't going to cut it.
weird. if he can be forgiven, why can't our moderation history be cleared after a set time? It's unfair that people are treated like a nuisance because of a moderation from years ago.
I see comments about this a lot when people are discussing their struggles socializing, but I honestly think most of the time this is just what they like to tell themselves. Obviously I can't deny stuff is expensive, but it's just a nicer excuse to believe rather than they are too afraid to face their social anxiety head-on
Guess that depends on who is advising you. My previous dentist and dental hygienist both recommended it, though we did have to switch twice to find a brand that did not cause (fixable) discoloration for me. Have a new dentist by now as the previous one retired and a new hygienist as I live elsewhere now, but neither has told me to stop with it.
Sorry that happened to you. If it is any consolation you are dealing with people that believe in magic and not science. Utter sheep.
I know a little about that, but I don't think I'll tell you. The less people can use this, the less garbage we'll all have to sift through on the internet.
Try being creative yourself instead.
Playing Mortal Kombat with my friends in college only cost about $40. Playing the newest MK game online with them now would have cost $360+ at launch
I absolutely hate that most games have taken away the option to play split-screen
To be fair, it was almost always more reliable and lasted for much longer.
Because you have strong biases of your own
For what it's worth, I was super pro-vax
And I still consider the Synthesis ending to be one of the most horrific endings in any video game ever.
And since the ME3 endings were mostly just a thinly-veiled rip-off of the Deus Ex endings
Because social media has broken you to the point where you cannot comprehend any premise without finding a way to forcibly shoehorn it into a political context?
If nothing else, it could make the Synthesis ending less horrific if was a slow gradual change over time and one everyone can choose for themselves rather than a nightmare soul-rape forced upon the entire galaxy against its own will
Being put off or disliking aggressive or overly loud animals is reasonable. Disliking dogs, because some are loud or aggressive is not.
Often, writing something like that is as much about crystallizing my own rationale as it is trying to convince other people. Whatever it does to change anyone's mind (and it probably won't do much, given who we're dealing with), I better understand and feel more confident in my position for having taken the time to compose and write that, and I do see some value in that.
It's hard to pin down total numbers because China's not exactly forthcoming with theirs, so it's possible that Covid killed more people in 2019 before it spread out of China than it did in the following years running rampant around the world, but I don't think there's any room to claim that the broader effects weren't much, much worse after that.
The 1940's seemed pretty bad.
The acceptability of any given no-no word varies over time and always will, but what's constant is the need to be aware of your setting and your audience in choosing how to speak. There are always going to be things you should avoid saying around strangers until you know that it won't make them uncomfortable, and the interpersonal intelligence needed to recognize what is and is not appropriate is a skill that must be developed.
When you (properly) teach kids not to swear in public, that's not just a matter of "don't say that word." It's a matter of "some people here might not be comfortable with you saying that word, and you should respect that until you're more familiar with them and learn that it's okay." It's part of teaching them to read the room, which in turn is a critical part of teaching them to be a respectful person.
Quite simply, there's a time and a place for swearing. Kids aren't going to learn that effectively if no restrictions are placed on them, even if those restrictions seem silly to adults that have learned that time and place and don't see an issue with the particular setting in question.
It's a word.
Swearing is most definitely not this.
But there's nothing wrong with kids swearing.
There're a lot of technical differences between playing a game at 60FPS and watching a film at 24FPS. They're not really a straight-across comparison.

It's also not like the Bible is short on examples of God just randomly killing tons of people off just to prove a point.
As an introvert, the trick is to remember you hate everyone and don't give a flip what they think about you. So say whatever the flip you want, or don't.
Theyve been talking about this for years and nothing happens. Just leave it the way it is.
This could definitely be true of a lot of older games, especially Point-And-Click Adventures where solutions to puzzles were so obscure and nonsensical and hidden amid a collage of gobbledygook. But newer titles absolutely take it into the opposite extreme and hold the player's hand through the entire experience, straight up handing you the solutions to even the most obvious of "puzzles". The Yellow Paint Epidemic is real.
Dems should spend the next four years praying every single night for Trump to stay healthy. And thinking about all the things they did wrong this time around, and planning how they intend to win next time. Or they'll just keep making the same mistakes over and over again.Hint: A large part of it is admitting what THEY did wrong, not just blaming everything on Trump being charismatic and voters being stupid. That ways lies another Republican winning in 2028. If you don't acknowledge your own flaws, you can never fix them.
What have you seen him say that was weird?
you must not have talked to him about the right topics
That's something else, Torgo's so milquetoast I don't even have them tagged,.you must not have talked to him about the right topics
No im not and thats incredibly fucking racist considering im a native American. What the
but that's not really what that means. you can still eat, and s*** and piss.
if you're being pedantic about it, sure
And again, in the specific scenario of someone being offered dragon balls (literally any wish within reason can be yours and possibly many more in the future if you work hard) or a death note (an apocalyptic murder device that can do nothing but deliberately assassinate people in inhumane ways) and them openly declaring "please! please! give me the murder tool so I can use it!" there is no moral question about cutting that person off from society forever.
At that tier, though, specific rankings don't really matter. It's all just good and well worth listening to depending on your moment-to-moment tastes.
