Mass Effect isn't a long game, dude.

My buddy has been trying to get me into Mass Effect for years and he's told me all about it. I am one of those people that if I like a game, I'm going to go for all the achievements and 100% it completely. Trying that with Mass Effect would take me about two years.

I'm only excited for Borderlands 2. Diablo 3 has no release date yet (or at least nothing to really trust). Half-Life 2: Episode 3 is still unannounced. Nintendo is no longer making Wii games or DS games (and there's no way I'm buying another console/portable from them).

Where are all the good games? Last year had too many for me to play, this year there's close to nothing. Bioshock looks interesting, but I've never been a fan of the original. Never played the first two Mass Effect games, and this one seems to have many people *****ing about it already. SSX looked like a solid 8/10 game but it doesn't have multiplayer so forget that.

Duon wasn't difficult at all. The only part of the stage was the boss fight, so after waiting a minute or two after hurting it enough, the trophy stand appeared and it was mine. Also got a Glice while hunting for Ridley, but realized I was in the wrong level so I quit. The SSE is slowly getting finished, which is a good thing!

Yep. Got the "Finish Classic with All Characters" challenge done, as well as "Get a Trophy of Every Character". Sonic was the last one for each. Now on to All Star!

Target Test level 5:

The only target test challenge left to do is level 4 in under 33 seconds. Going to need some practice on that one.

As for the other stuff...

I only beat Boss mode once, with King Dedede on easy. I don't see myself going through that again until the end, because I don't really care about this mode. I need to finish the fifth target test with around half the cast, which shouldn't be a problem. My record in Cruel melee is 5, and getting 10 is going to take a long, long time. Even using Jigglypuff, I find myself dying 5/10 times before killing one. 15 minute melee is another one I have to finish, but that's too long and boring to do so I'm going to wait until I have a day off to do it.

I have 470 trophies and 585 stickers.

I've tried going through that game 4 times now. I don't know why everyone thinks it's a great game. Half-Life 2 did everything Bioshock did years before it came out, and a lot better at that.

Being a huge collect-a-thon lover, I noticed a week or two ago that my Brawl game isn't even close to being completed. I started collecting missing stickers, trophies, CDs, and challenges in order to fix this problem. Going through SSE again to collect missing trophies is what I'm focusing on, but whenever I'm bored I play through classic mode/all star mode/target smash/boss mode in order to get those trophies. I am missing a lot.

Valve, obviously. Although, Portal 2 isn't their best work so who knows if they're slipping or not.

Rocksteady's got a good start. Only three games (two Batman games and some FPS game that got a bunch of 7s and 8s) so far, but if they continue to make games like Batman, they should continue to be great.

Blizzard pre-WoW would be on the list. Not so much anymore.
