Leebo86 posted... From: Ayuyu | #005 Can't you make up a ****ty excuse to not be forced to do it?
Like make up a story about why you'd be biased for that particular case or something. Or you could just do it and it might be interesting.
I'm actually on a case right now and it actually is very interesting. Only thing is my work doesn't pay for the days i miss so i'm not getting any real income while on jury duty which sucks.
As for if you really want to get out of a case, one guy said that he would never go against his morals even if they agree 1 to 1 with how the law is written and thus would be biased towards them. He got the collective groans from everyone but he stuck with it and got dismissed because of it so i guess if you want to be "that guy" that is how you do it.

Awwww yeeeee Berber training age. Looks like i have to play 3 ages in a row.
Nothing was better than them 3v1'ing us and not being able to do anything to beat us. And then the failed drop that gave some country like 15 ck's, so great

If she has a well paying job in your area I might see where she is coming from. But if she doesn't or is just going to school there is no way you shouldn't take that job. Not liking a part of the country should be no excuse fir Golding back a career.
Also how long have you been dating? If under a year then no matter what take the job and start anew in cali.

The AI is indeed dumb, also obviously the game is best when you have a party of 4. Going solo in the game can still be ok but it doesn't compare to playing with a full group. Or what i did and had a group of 4 all playing as Brick, soooo great.

Well it looks like i'm going to have to start looking for these topics again. I like the change to the map, much more informative. Any other changes to look out for?

Telling someone to turn off the radio in their car because you don't like the music would probably get you kicked out of my car. If you don't like it then you can drive yourself. Now if it is to loud to even carry a conversation then asking to turn it down would be fine, but if it is that loud to start with whoever you are driving with probably doesn't want to talk to you in the first place.

if you really want to fly to an amusement park because there are none near you then at least go to cedar point. Why you would even think about going to a six flags if there isn't one near you is beyond me.

OctilIery posted... What do people have against unions?
Union dues suck, but overall they make any given job a LOT better.
Unions promote only doing the bare minimum of what is asked for in the job since there is no way you can get raises outside of the already structured ones from the contract. As well as making it near impossible to get rid of bad employees who in no right should have a job there.
I was in a union job for a little over 6 years and i can say i really hope i never have to be in one ever again. Yes some perks are nice but the fact is unless you are one of those lazy slobs, you end up having to other peoples work as well as your own with no added benefit. In my 6 years there i only saw 1 person get fired due to work performance and it took them 3 months to do it, only for the person to get hired back a month later because the union took the company to court and won.

I'm like 120-~80 and i just hit 24 in my last game. So yea i guess if you are .500 with 130 or so wins that should put you at 30 or at least really close.

I went with a double elimination contest with either games or characters where you could fill out the losers part of the bracket out as the contest runs like how the battle contest was like. Think that would be pretty interesting to see.

I used to have gamefaqs up on a side tab to look at while whatever page i was going to was loading. Now that the dial up age is over and done with it's mostly just a force of habit to come and browse here every so often to see if anything interesting was posted. Most days really nothing too exciting goes on here but once in a while something like the discovery of transformice comes around that makes this place worth coming to.

Generally the best man sets it up but all of the groomsmen pay for it/make sure the groom pays for nothing and has a damn good time.

GeneraILuke posted... Alex Jones already exposed how the American government has lied about killing him multiple times in the past and he provides evidence...
Notice one of the people who lied about this he says was a former member of the counsil on foreign relations(Which is the iIIuminati in America). I already knew something was fishy for the fact that this was orchestrated on May 1st/The birthday of the iIIuminati. But that's cause I do the research. I don't just believe anything I see on TV which is something they have great control over.
I really love this post. The "research" you do is just believing anything you are told by Alex Jones because he said he did research and that he has "extremely high level white house sources."
But that video really did make me laugh because once about 2 years ago someone burned a ton of videos of Alex Jones explaining how the government was behind 9/11 and the Oklahoma City bombings. Naturally my friend and I had a movie night watching this guy give us bombshell after bombshell of hilarious truths, with one point him yelling over and over that the government puts fluoride into our tap water to drug everyone. It was a damn good time so thank you for making me remember it.
