Okay... In this topic and in life it depends 100% on the person wanting or not wanting kids.

Never feel obligated to have or not have kids based on anything but your own decision and commitment to it.

I didn't want kids, but some of my friends I grew up with had kids... And both were correct decisions.

Since we can't communicate with pre and post life humans, and there is no recollection... I think a safe assumption is that it's just nothingness and oblivion in either case, but I have no way to claim this as absolute fact.

In general, there's a lot of people that get absorbed in a new relationship and "ghost" their regular friends and family.

It's not necessarily bad, unless they do it to an extreme where they cut everyone else off completely or something. Usually it wears off after the initial exitement.

Pennsylvania is weird state. A massive amount of the voters are independents, and there's closed primaries. If there were open primaries (and if they were an early state) Bernie might have won in 2016. A lot of those independents were braindead morons that switched from Bernie to Trump because they cared about having an outsider more than literally anything at all about actual platform.

A huge subset of independents heavily favored Trump in 2020. They were butthurt that they lost tips during covid shutdowns. However, everything changed when Roe was overturned. Now their reproductive rights were in danger. They were certainly willing to let trans people get genocided, but making it harder for them to get birth control is too far. With closed primaries, Republicans selected a full blown, unapologetic white supremacist (he goes to costume parties as a confederate soldier, and his campaign made an add specifically designed to run on Stormfront type websites, actual open white supremacy sites).

An with an outright white supremacist running for governor scaring the sociopathically selfish independents to vote blue, and a Muslim snake oil salesman dropping enthusiasm for republicans, Democrats did great in 2022 and are consistently looking good. We can also thank Trump's election fraud lie causing some Republicans to lose faith and stop voting.

Well said, and it's also important to note the Nazis like Doug Mastriano lost because they had their connections to the Jan 6th insurrection exposed, not all Nazis are as open and blatant.

Would have been nice, that series was under-rated. The characters and writing were good like the rest of the DC AU of that era.

Movies shouldn't be remade unless it's a passion project, but too often it's because the studio needs to put something out or they loose the license.

You'd think putting out trash to honor a deal would ultimately harm the brand - not saying The Predator was trash, but it definitely didn't need to be made to tell some great story or recognize a vision. The original still holds up remarkably well... even the visual effects look better than most modern movies because they stayed within a scope.

No matter how much you disagree or hate them, there are no democrats that act this blatantly dishonest and with this little actual investment in governing... we don't let them get this close to office.

Technically I suppose you can support a Ukrainian puppet state under Putin - which is not really supporting Ukraine, but it's a weird permutation that could work in this silly thought experiment.

Donald Trump publicly stated Russia should conquer and annex their neighbors (our US allies) if they can't pay us to defend them... so any reasonable person would conclude on this alone that a vote for Trump is a vote to concede Ukraine to Russia.

So weird I was thinking about this exact topic the other day while driving.

Anyway... so I think Jar Jar sucked. Definitely the single worst character in the prequels, but it's not a runaway victory.

Now on top of everything else, the CG in the prequels is really showing it's age, Jar Jar's movements are very floaty and off.

I can't change the mind of someone that is closed minded, but as a skeptic I hold the better position because you can't provide any proof of ghosts.

One thing I like about AEW, is that with the exception of Sting - they generally let the new stars shine over the old timers. WWE was having Ric Flair or Arm Anderson in their late 60s beating up HHH and guys like that in their prime.
