There is that famous scene toward the end of the DragonBallZ Frieza saga where a defeated and mangled Freiza is about to be left behind on the planet they purposely caused to explode... Frieza begs Goku for a small portion of his power so that they can survive and escape. Goku reluctantly shares some of his power with Frieza out of his own sense of pity, and Frieza almost immediately turns on him and uses the power to try and kill Goku.

Ron DeSantis and most republican elected officials are Frieza from that parable.

Yeah, all three are excellent. I own the physical of the 2 GC games and 3 on Wii as well as the full Remastered trilogy on Wii U... which was the best way to play them (optimized and HDMI out) until the remaster.

No, because no one had any idea how biology worked back then, and it wasn't because these were dumb people, but because we have the benefit of thousands of more years of scientific inquiry and discovery.

So it's not that the Bible says anything about evolution, it's that the observations and scientific theories crafted around evolution do not fit the Bible narrative of the creation myth.

Eh.... no evolution is a real thing whether you believe in it or not. That's the real problem. You can believe whatever you like, but it won't make it so you aren't an ape descended from a lineage of mammals shared by other great apes and primates.

We have evidence of evolution now, it's not just speculation... we can even observe it to some degree with fruit flies.

It's just culturally approved misinformation and disinformation.

It's not that man descended from animals, it's that humans are one species of ape as part of an evolutionary branch.

Churches are deeply tied to tribal/cultural/ethnic and especially community traditions.

People aren't just giving up their unjustified beliefs, they are possibly giving up a family and community. It's easier to not think about it and just continue to believe and stay part of the status quo for a lot of people.

Uhm, depends on your level of skill with puzzles and figuring things out.

Some of the stuff you can just figure out using game logic, some have clues that help, and some are really cryptic and confusing. You may need a guide for some of the more obscure clues.

This is always a dumb thing that media, especially film and TV put into people's heads...

Everyone is entitled to a solid legal defense. If not for those "scummy lawyers" we would see people getting railroaded into sentences because they seemed guilty or have public sentiment against them. It's not a perfect system and sometimes the guilty go free, but it's just as important that the innocent don't get put away while the guilty are still out there.

I don't get the hype, but then I'm not into stealth games much.

I don't think there is a quantifiable, single metric to determine whether talent is "natural" or not.

It's just too many factors that go into any skill or ability set from your genetics, to life experience, to the amount of time to put into practice.
