At least in the US I can vote for the Democrats which might slow the damage. In the UK, there are no visible parties that dont have a policy of attacking trans people relentlessly. This new report is titled Metas flirty AI chatbot invited a retiree to New York. He never made it home, and it is filled with stunning revelations that prove what kind of company Meta really is.

It is acceptable to engage a child in conversations that are romantic or sensual, according to Metas GenAI: Content Risk Standards,' reported Reuters. The standards are used by Meta staff and contractors who build and train the companys generative AI products, defining what they should and shouldnt treat as permissible chatbot behavior. Meta said it struck that provision after Reuters inquired about the document earlier this month.

Meta is the kind of company that will build a pedophile AI bot so long as nobody is looking. It is the kind of company that will help fuel a genocide so long as nobody is looking. People who took Zuckerbergs AI blood money now spend the majority of their lives developing a chatbot whose guidelines of acceptable dialogue with children include I take your hand, guiding you to the bed and our bodies entwined, I cherish every moment, every touch, every kiss.

Meta told Reuters those examples were struck from the AI guidelines they wrote, but they are simply proving the only reason why is not because Meta finds training a chatbot to prey on minors inappropriate, but because they find it embarrassing and potentially legally perilous. Meta has proven that it will inspire your neighbor to try to murder you and it will build a computer program designed to digitally molest your kids if left to their own devices. Mark Zuckerbergs unhinged fiefdom only shows any kind of restraint when outside forces impose it on them.

This wretched criminal operation posing as a tech company needs to be sued out of existence. The harm it has imposed upon society is seemingly infinite, and at least the evil of Google and Amazon came after they provided actual utility to our lives. This alleged companys biggest innovations have come from acquiring other businesses who succeeded at what they failed at. Zuckerberg couldnt build a photo app so he bought Instagram. No one wanted to chat on his servers, so he bought WhatsApp. Zuckerberg couldnt figure out virtual reality so he bought Oculus. This is not an innovative company along the lines of our other tech overlords who have at least earned some of their power through real technological developments. They are a leech sucking the life out of humanity.

Meta is the modern vampire squid. Goldman Sachs earned the famed moniker from Matt Taibbi before he went completely insane, and the former Facebook has earned that descriptor to a degree that the Illuminati in Goldmans risk management team could only dream of. Meta has traveled across the entire world, making every society they infect worse off for it, and now they are realizing Mark Harvard Hot or Not Zuckerbergs final form: a pedophile AI chatbot. If America is ever to realize its true values one day, one of the first things we need to do is yeet this fundamentally evil company into the sun and prosecute its majority owner for the crimes against humanity he has perpetrated.

Dayum, but I can't say I disagree. I left Facebook in 2018 and never looked back, largely thanks to all the Trump-humping going on. Hell, the only reason I stuck around for as long as I did was because of their stupid games, some of which were kinda fun.

The only reason I use Instagram is for all the quasi-porn (it's amazing what some users get away with) and maybe a handful of accounts who post interesting content, but even that is becoming a cesspool of A.I. slop (though at least it's still easy to spot... for now)

The Trump administration, such keen scholars and observers of history and culture, thinks the Smithsonian has some issues. As first reported by the Wall Street Journal on Tuesday, Trump is launching a a comprehensive internal review of selected Smithsonian museums and exhibitions in order to, among other things, better celebrate American exceptionalism. What sorts of stuff might disappear from our collective history? Who can say!

In a letter signed by two assistants to the president and of course OMB Director Russell Vought, the administration very politely informed Smithsonian Secretary Lonnie Bunch III that the review will be a constructive and collaborative effort. They insist that rewriting exhibits across, at first, eight museums the National Museum of American History, National Museum of Natural History, National Museum of African American History and Culture, National Museum of the American Indian, National Air and Space Museum, Smithsonian American Art Museum, National Portrait Gallery, and the Hirshhorn Museum and Sculpture Garden will involve embrac[ing] a revitalized curatorial vision rooted in the strength, breadth, and achievements of the American story.

This stems back to a March executive order on restoring truth and sanity to American history, clearly an important goal for the administration fresh off earmarking $10 million to restore a Confederate monument that essentially celebrated slavery. It is pegged, largely, to the Trump regimes early planning for next years 250th anniversary celebrations, which are clearly intended as a Pyongyang-style whitewashing of all Americas sins. What better place to start than the nations primary public displayer of said sins? If the Tulsa Race Massacre isnt on a wall in the museum or, according to the letter describing the review, in exhibition text, on websites, educational materials, and digital and social media content was there really a Tulsa Race Massacre?

Just a guess, of course, no way of knowing what sort of content Vought and company are asking the founding director of the National Museum of African American History and Culture and the Smithsonians first African-American Secretary to review and revise. Trump, for what its worth, is not directly in charge of the Smithsonian; there is a Board of Regents, overseen by Congress, though most of its funding comes from Congressional appropriation and other federal money. He will surely heed this restriction on his power to the letter, as usual.

One historian and expert on the Smithsonian called the review a full assault on the autonomy of all the different branches of the institution. He shouldnt worry so much though, because the architect of Project 2025 wrote to Bunch that the goal is simply to display the unity, progress, and enduring values that define the American story.

The Smithsonian has said it is reviewing the letter, adding that its work is grounded in a deep commitment to scholarly excellence, rigorous research and the accurate, factual presentation of history. That should be fine, then, because Vought and his ilk are promising to focus on the not-at-all chilling sounding concept of Americanism [emphasis theirs]the people, principles, and progress that define our nation.

This will all turn out fine, no doubt, regardless of which specific examples of Americas 400-year-history of racism, sexism, brutality, criminality, or anything else end up shoved into a Smithsonian closet or two. Surely there are no examples we might turn to of regimes rewriting their history in search of a sanitized, acceptable version worthy of celebration.

I think it's ironic that of all the new Trek shows, the animated ones are the best of the bunch.

Trump administration cracks down on content at Smithsonian Institution
The administration is scouring the Washington museums for LGBTQ+ and other "woke" content.

The White House announced on Tuesday a sweeping review of content at the Smithsonian museums, another flex by President Donald Trump in his effort to rewrite American history to align with his own version of it.

The vetting process will include scouring wall text, websites, and social media for LGBTQ+ and other woke content in an assessment of tone, historical framing, and alignment with American ideals, according to a letter sent by administration officials to Smithsonian Secretary Lonnie G. Bunch III.

Smithsonian museums have 120 days to adjust content that the administration finds problematic, replacing divisive or ideologically driven language with unifying, historically accurate and constructive descriptions.

The administration has already stripped National Park Service histories of references to the LGBTQ+ community.

The announcement is just the latest attack on the Congressionally chartered and ostensibly independent institution, which is nonetheless funded almost entirely by the federal government.

Trump laid out his revanchist vision of American history in March, when he issued an executive order titled Restoring Truth and Sanity to American History.

The order claimed that the Smithsonian had come under the influence of a divisive, race-centered ideology and that it promoted narratives that portray American and Western values as inherently harmful and oppressive.

Last month, bills were introduced by Trumps allies in the House and Senate that would codify the executive order into law.

Museum staff and curators can expect on-the-ground oversight within the next 30 days, the letter stated, including walk-throughs of current exhibitions by administration officials.

Among the institutions dozens of facilities, eight museums are the first targets of Trumps content crackdown, including the National Museum of African American History and Culture, the National Museum of the American Indian, the National Museum of American History, and the National Portrait Gallery.

The National Portrait Gallery has already been a casualty in the presidents war on woke. Even after the Smithsonian shut down its diversity office in March, following Trumps diktat banning DEI efforts across the federal government, the president went after the Gallerys director, Kim Sajet, whom he accused of partisanship and being a strong supporter of DEI. She resigned in May after Trump attempted to fire her, an authority he doesnt have under the Smithsonians charter.

In July, artist Amy Sherald withdrew her planned exhibition at the Gallery after officials at the museum attempted to remove her provocative painting Trans Forming Liberty from the show. The large portrait depicts a Black trans woman in a blue gown holding a torch sprouting flowers in a pose reminiscent of the Statue of Liberty.

Also in July, The Washington Post reported that a temporary placard containing references to Trump had been removed from an impeachment exhibit at the National Museum of American History, as part of an internal Smithsonian content review prompted by Trumps earlier attacks on the institution.

The museum later updated the display to restore context about Trumps two impeachments, following outcry from members of the public and several Democratic leaders.

The Smithsonian has long been a target of the presidents allies in Congress. In 2023, Rep. Stephanie Bice (R-OK) excoriated Secretary Bunch in a hearing, claiming sexual material in a virtual drag queen story hour hosted by the American Art Museum was evidence of the targeting of children by the Smithsonian.

A GOP press release on the hearing went further, calling drag the Lefts indoctrination of our children.

The administrations latest salvo in the culture wars directs the Smithsonian to provide materials within 30 days, including catalogs and programs for all current exhibitions, digital files of all placards and gallery labels, and proposals for exhibitions over the next three years, a period coinciding with the presidents final departure from the White House.

In addition to rewriting history at the Smithsonian museums, Trump has taken over Washingtons Kennedy Center as the chair of the Kennedy Center Board, where hes putting his own garish stamp on culture in the nations capital.

On a Wednesday visit to the arts center, he announced hell be hosting the Kennedy Center Honors himself this December, inducting a new class of honorees including Rocky star Sylvester Stallone, the metal band Kiss, and country music artist George Strait. He rejected other potential honorees as woke.
