It is a job like any other entertainer job.

They have to talk and entertain people in an entertaining way for hours on end.

You can argue they make too much money for the work they do ...but they do a lot of work.

No different than any other skilled preformer. Dancer, singer, muscian, radiohost..etc.

The streamers who earn enough to make a living have to deal with chronic harassment, death threats and stalkers. Yes they get desensitized to it but 1 crazy/violent person approaching you IRL can make you fear for your life.

They can be fired at any point or if they step out line just like any job so there is no job security adding to the stress.

Several biggish ones Like Etika and Reckful have killed themselves from the stress

No. True confidence comes from overcoming difficult things. If you fake confidence you will be exposed as a fraud as soon as you are forced to back it up.

Yeah, you're right, I guess it depends on the office worker. Some have an easy laid back job and some are chronically overworked and stressed out.

Gotta hand it to Blizzard. Their company overall can be slimely but the controls in their games are super fluid and responsive. Minimal clunk, delay or lag. WOW, Diablo, Overwatch the characters are all smooth and responsive.

Feels like most jobs treat you like a robot and will fire you at the drop of the hat when they longer need you. Need that second job/side hustle as a backup.

This is an upopular opinion but for how much entertainment value they provide video game prices are reasonable. Not mention they are one of the few things that have barely been inflated. Food, gas, rent, clothes everything has gone but video game prices are the same.

Yeah it feels like a bunch of filler taking 15-30 minutes to walk from 1 location to another for no good reason. Like waiting on a bus commute

like i'm playing classic WOW SOD and the amount of time it takes to get from point A to point B is insane. Just got my mount and it really makes you appreciate it after spending to much time on foot. If flightpaths weren't in the game it would be even slower.

Depends on how much fatigue I have from the previous day.

Na. Didn't give a shit. Was seriously depressed.

I Was seriously addicted to them as a teenager/early 20s as a coping mechanism to escape from my traumatized life. 10+ hour a day wow sessions. Everyday. Barely any sleep. Barely eating and neglecting hygiene. Never saw myself as an addict even when i smelled like dogshit for days from not showering and neglected all of my responsibilities.

Now I just play them before/after work/gym to destress. They are fine in moderation. But they can be like hardcore drugs to some people.

Because it is definitely more common among short dudes than tall or even average dudes.

I say this as a short guy myself (5'7) i've had so many short guys get in my face, try to micro manage me and act aggressive when they didn't need to be. Napolean complex is a real thing.

As short people it's best to develop good people skills and work harder so people respect you more and take you seriously than try to be some aggressive asshat for no good reason. Not to sound sexist but I notice this a lot with women too not just short men. They act overly bossy/aggressive to get people to do what they want.

Most of the pokemon are just way better than the old ones. Perfectly optimized stats, abilities and movepools. Garchomp is one of the most minmaxxed pokemon ever and it's not even that good anymore.

People say that the game is targeted to kids but the kids don't give a fuck about perfect stats they just want stuff that looks cool. Arceus is going to be a shit mon next gen if they keep the pace up.

He is 100% correct. Though it mostly applies to relationships. You can be open with non romantic female friends and they won't throw it back in your face if they are not shitty people
