I think it has to do with more studies being done, and more young adults taking proactive measures rather than just ignoring it like our parent's generation. Not to mention, with medicaid, people can get them for free.

Slightly better than just smoking. However, alot of companies use extra harmful chemicals/ingredients in those, so be sure to research the company.

Obviously, not smoking is the best option, and just go for weed consumables. However, if you must smoke, the "safest" is probably a glass bong with water.

With the pain, and issues I've been having with my stomach for couple years, I'm surprised my colon was crystal clean. Saw all the pics. Doc believes it's stress, IBS, and muscle related.

Oh crap, I've lost 6 pounds.

I wish I could get one. A guy from my high school class died from colon cancer, and now I'm scared of it.

What I don't get is how you're supposed to watch for changes in bowel movements. Doesn't everyone experience diarrhea and constipation occasionally? I assume most people don't have the same type of shit every day.

It only becomes an issue when you're seeing alot of blood in your stool, or black stool, lose weight without trying, like 10+ pounds in couple weeks, and your poop comes out pencil thin most of the time.

Glad it went well, TC! The prep was awful for me when I had one done in my 20s just to check some stuff out, but I'm glad you didn't have my experience.

Oh, the prep wasn't pleasant by any means. I was shivering all night, with nausea like a mild stomach flu. And thank you.

Back home. Prep was excellent. All normal. Not even a polyp. No cancer, nor IBD. See you in 10 years is what I got. Had a nice 40 minutes sleep. I feel like crying from the relief. Damn. Thank you all for the tips, and good luck wishes.

I ask because the current best prep (in my opinion) is Clenpiq, which asks for two 8 ounce glasses of the mixture (powder and water), and it's honestly not bad to drink in terms of flavor and texture.

Gets disconcertingly hot when you're mixing it, though.

I was diagnosed with chrons disease when I had my first one. I'm overdue for another mostly because I was so mad at the process of being diagnosed in the first place. Took a year and a half of "you're fine it will go away in a week or two" before a Dr took it seriously and actually ran tests and I was young and didn't know or care to advocate for myself.

What were your symptoms up to that point?

I got my first one coming up at the end of the month, been putting it off for the longest time. Strangely the thing I'm most nervous about is the anesthesia (I've never been put under before).

I've been putting it off for a year now myself. I'm fine with the anesthesia, had it with my endoscopy. It was pleasant. I just dread the non-stop shitting tonight.

You can't help people who don't want to helped. There are more people who want to have that Big Mac and Pie, and look at the mirror crying afterwards, rather than eating less, and exercising.

Which version of the prep are you doing? Is it the premixed stuff where you add water or is a powder that you mix with powerade and then drink a bottle of glycol later?

Premixed, add clear soda, juice, etc.

Starkist Tunas are basically the chunk of meat you'll find at fast food places. Brands like Ortiz is basically like Kobe beef. Like butter, shit just melts in your mouth. There's a clear difference. I thought "It's just fucking canned tuna" as well before. Obviously not something you want to consume on a daily basis if you aren't rich as they can cost up to $20+ per small can, but I say give it a try atleast once, than again, it may ruin Tuna for you forever once you go back to Starkist.

People that only know of Tuna from Starkist, Chicken of the Sea, or Bumblebee are really missing out. I recommend starting with Portofino Yellowfin, Genovina, and Wild Planet. If you want the absolute best after those, Ortiz.
