Dude, they didn't renewal. Like any other membership, if you don't renewal by a certain time, you lose the membership. They didn't just go "Fuck you" and punt them. Blame the kid's adults/caretakers more, as they should be on top of these things for them.

If anyone actually read the article. Nearly 20 million Americans lost their medicaid, 1.3 million of them being kids, not 1.9. That was the overall, along with adults. But Texas also kept on about 2 million on Medicaid.

Also, they didn't kick them out because, "Fuck them kids", they just didn't renewal.
