What I don't get is how you're supposed to watch for changes in bowel movements. Doesn't everyone experience diarrhea and constipation occasionally? I assume most people don't have the same type of shit every day.
It only becomes an issue when you're seeing alot of blood in your stool, or black stool, lose weight without trying, like 10+ pounds in couple weeks, and your poop comes out pencil thin most of the time.
