From what I can tell, it's not a story really. They probably used a tool that allowed them to get a composite image from a selection of about 5 images (like maybe one of the children blinked in one photo and in another they weren't looking at the camera). It is a bit of a royal blunder though and they may as well release the unedited photo.

Could it be that the photo was taken on a new Pixel or iPhone that allows you to choose the best picture by making a composite? It's probably less exciting than most people are making out.

Windows 11 is fine, the only thing I don't like is the redesigned start menu. Aside from that, it's basically just a service pack for 10. If you're familiar with 10, then hardly anything has changed in 11. There's nothing wrong with it and not worth the hassle in downgrading.

At the end of the day, Gaza doesn't matter in an election. Voters are going to vote based on what's troubling them at the moment such as inflation or abortion. A war a thousand miles away isn't going to swing an election.

It makes reading news pieces on Twitter almost impossible because the blue ticks get shown before anyone else, you just get comments saying "wow", "interesting" or simply just repeating the tweet's text.

It probably pays like $0.001 per impression but some guy in India probably registered a hundred and tells his bot to post on as many big pages as possible. I try and block as many of these as I can but it feels like a waste of time, I'm just playing whack-a-mole.

Maybe Nintendo should look into how all of their games get leaked so early. Tears of the Kingdom leaked 10 days before the street date. That's not an emulation problem - that's an issue at Nintendo's end which they still haven't fixed. Mario RPG also leaked about a week early.

It's the other way around really. Yuzu took a bullet so this doesn't have to go to court. If it went to court and Nintendo won, then emulation in general would be at risk.

It's a company that "advises" game studios on writing in their games which is why a lot of AAA games all feel like they're written by the same people. They also sand off all edges in the writing so it couldn't possibly offend anyone.

I'm skeptical of it's quality though considering that Umineko went downhill in its later chapters and the less said about Higurashi Gou/Sotsu the better.
