Modern controls just = modern movement and thats it. They just shit the bed to some areas and youre forced to swap to tank controls to stop the game from having a stroke. The jump and grab mechanics are unchanged and still fucking awful and infuriating resulting in Lara refusing to grab and just deciding to end it all for no reason.
