IMO anybody who complains about Lost's ending wasn't actually paying attention to the show and was just too fixated on their theory they came up with in the first season being "right"

Specifically talking about the people who insist the island was Purgatory and everyone was dead the whole time despite the mountains of evidence to the contrary and the fact that most of the show can't make any sense at all if this was the case

The ending, specifically the finale, I have little problem with (besides Kate shooting MiB). My problems lie with how "it's all about the characters" when almost every character got shit writing in the final season-and-a-half.
- Sayid went absolutely off-the-rails at DHARMA, was 'healed' at the Temple but duddenly became evil then sat aroundbeing miserable until he was good again for five seconds before the batteries didn't last on the bomb.
- Sun was running a shady empire, instantly broke down learning Jim was alive, spent the rest of her time asking everyone "Have you seen my husband?" then reunites with her husband only to die so so dumbly with him and leave Ji Yeon parentless.
- Claire's craaazy and misses her baby and is kind of sort of a MiB follower and I think dies?
- Widmore finally reaches the island after four seasons of teasing only to go out like a complete chump almost as soon as he arrives.
- Desmond is back! And he's silent and weird! And... it's a literal cork... wtf. Cue Jacob meme, "What's a metaphor?"
- "Across the Sea" is a far worse episode than "Strangers in a Strange Land" or "Fire + Water" or "Whatever the Case May Be" and it derails the trnsion of the season, delivers 'answers' in a haphazard uninteresting way, ruins the Jacob/Man in Black mystique, the whole Candidate thing, and... it's just so bad.
- it's just all so bad...

Well... that's actually a good summation of his 90s Generation X character. IIRC, he was previewed as a member of Generation X before it came out, was seen on the beach in either first or second issue, and wasn't seen or heard again for like two years. And when he xame back, itwasn't actually him but someone posing as him to infiltrate the team.

I should go look it up, but yeah, a mystery character you know nothing about and hope turns out cool but really doesn't is Mondo's character.

Since I didn't know anyone from today's elims, I looked them all up and two are obscure with only one and three appearances, two are minor with 20-something appearances, one is more notable, and two are actually pretty major. In particular, it looks like a s*** day for New X-Men fans.

Truuuuth. Dust, Kid Omega, and Martha Johansson/No-Girl were on my third tier of saves. I'm glad to have helped them out of the bottom 100, wouldn't have minded seeing them hit top 100, but weren't a priority. Figured Cerevella might've made it a bit further along than Escspade, but alas.

I'm fine with them holding off asking anything else of Jinn. They only had one question left and didn't know if there was anything more dire to ask later. Ozpin was also in his most secret, mistrusted stste and Jin felt way too eager to have a third question answered, though she's probably just mad if anyone interrupts her MMORPG Raid time

There were only a few times I noticed this, and pretty much only towards the end of Season 7, because how fucking dumb are Qrow and Clover. You have a serial killer working for the big bad evil, and you just have to keeo fighting each other instead of letting things ride a bit longer >.<. Plus Ironwood.

I never watched that video, but I was wondering why the entire set of people who fell off at Volume 3 was just always going, "Yeah, fuck this show now. The creator's gone. They are disrespecting his memory and turning the show into something it isn't."

While I'm here going, "You know, I'm kinda glad it put its big boy pants on and stopped being a pure comedy." No show is perfect, but every show runs out of goofy stuff to do at some point. Funny thing is, no random Youtuber is going to know what Monty wanted the show to be, but if anyone did, it was probably the people who worked with him.

But then I remember, this is the internet. The internet is for porn, and for stupid people to vilify things and shout in echochambers. So, I guess it isn't shocking.

Note: I really enjoy how heavy it is without going over the top or extending itself at length like many other Umineko tracks. There's a serenity to it.

This makes absolute sense... in the context of the episode 5 trial with all the alibis crossed off, Krauss said in red to be dead eliminating that hope, and tearing apart the kinder Kinzo illusion from this episode directly after. It's savagery and drowning of the spirit, choking out the hope and leaving only despair. Its savagery would entertain 'Monokuma.'

However, that's with context. When I listen to this on its own separated from the game, it's a jam. It feels like relaxing in a warm bath, turning your mind inwards, and following the interweaving melodies like shooting stars in the sky and seeing the world and all the lights upon it from up high, gaining a perspective to take the problems you've made into mountains and realize they are molehills. There is still an overwhelming sense of everythingness in the world, but for me, personally, there's something to this where it can make refocus and tackle the problems right in front of me, that I can do something about. Maybe it's because I live a life of anxiety and 'crippling reluctance' already, so it works inversely for me like Adderall for ADHD and non-ADHD works differently.

It doesn't go higher because, well, when I think of what 'discolor' sounds like if I haven't heard any Umineko in a while, I'll think of 'system0' 90% of the time >_>. It's at 9th because of a perpetual misfiling, <_<
