Is it true that Biden is having cognitive decline? I mean I've seen some of his gaffs and they're sometimes pretty hilarious, like when he said that Elton John is "responsible for helping AIDS". But his gaffs seem like what you'd expect from somebody who has a fluency disorder their whole life. He's always stepping over his own words. One thing Biden usually does is immediately correct his gaffs. Big daddy Dump on the other hand forgets where he is, who he's talking about, how to pronounce words, who he's running against, how to walk, etc, and never corrects himself. Whenever he fucks up a word beyond recognition he keeps on blazing through whatever useless shit he was saying.

It is pretty fucking sad that one of the major issues surrounding this election is which oldman has more cognitive decline. Kind of a shitty year to be trying to make a point of it though, if it's really going to be Biden vs. Trump.
They're both definitely experiencing cognitive decline, but as much as I hate trump, I have to say that I think Biden's is a little more apparent. But also, people on both sides will cherry pick videos to prove their case for one vs the other

No, it costs just about as much to buy the oil as it does to get it done at shops near me, though it could have gone up recently, last time I got it changed my mechanic just did it for me when doing other stuff.
Oil changes have definitely gone way up post covid. Used to be easy to find places that would fo full synthetic for 60 or less. Now almost everywhere is trying to charge 80-100

I changed my own spark plugs one time. I got really lucky; it was a Ford Triton V8 and they literally had a 14 page TSB on how to change the plugs. The original plugs had a design flaw and would break off inside the engine if you weren't careful, and the previous owner had never changed the plugs so my car still had the defective plugs. I didn't know this when I started, otherwise I'd have taken it to a mechanic.
It's funny that the more I've done stuff myself on my car, I've been less likely to do it myself outside of brakes and other really simple jobs in the future. I've changed a radiator, multiple serpentine belts, idler pulley, u joint, starter, fuel filter, probably others I'm forgetting. Now I just remember how much a lot of those jobs sucked and I'm like "Yeah I'll just pay someone" lol

Helps if you have a mechanic you trust

I worked in retail for roughly 2 and a half years and fast casual (panera) for a year and while I had some assholes customers every so often nothing compares to what you encounter working as a bartender. Granted you make more money than you do in retail or fast food but you put up with a lot more grown toddler behavior

120 is pretty insane too. The absolute highest I've ever paid is like 90 bucks and I was pretty pissed about that. I'd say the average is probably like 70 bucks for full synthetic but if you go to Walmart it's less than 50 bucks where I'm at

I do a light shower in the mornings but it's honestly just because it's nice to wake up with a shower. What's going on with your body if you take an evening shower and still wake up smelling so bad that deodorant wouldnt be enough? Lol

this guy has double bass kick drums AND a third bass drum that he hits with a mallet. and he can drum so fast it's insane

Yeah because most homeowners were fortunate enough to buy before 2021 lol. But really, yeah you don't have to be a millionaire but you better either have two decent incomes or one really good one. Either that or you have to move somewhere that absolutely nobody wants to live far as hell away from any halfway big city

The whole reason BJJ and other grappling arts thrive in MMA is because the rules protect their weaknesses and give them an unfair advantage
Being able to actually take someone down and grapple effectively can absolutely help you win a street fight lol. I'd actually say having a good ground game is the most important factor that could save your ass from being pounded to dust. Sure every combat sport is a controlled setting with rules but anyone in the ufc would absolutely annihilate you or me in a street fight too because they are highly trained in multiple martial arts, wrestling, etc

MMA fighters train in multiple fighting styles, than apply the parts that work. That's the point.

Although a lot of that does end up being grappling.

And even MMA doesn't allow you to hit people in the groin, which technically speaking, falls under the "real fight" scenario, because at the end of the day it still only exists because it can be profited off as entertainment, and they can't have all the fights devolve into the groin hit speedrun.
A lot of street fights go to the ground though and someone trained in BJJ definitely has the upper hand on the ground. And yeah, I'd agree it's mostly just important for grappling. But more often than not in mma, the guy with a really good ground/submission game has the upper hand over a good standup striker with poor ground ability

FYI MMA has proven most established forms of traditional martial arts don't actually work in a real fight.

"Real Fight" being, a fight where the opponent is uncooperative, and not restricting themselves to the same fighting style as you.
A lot of the best mma fighters are trained in BJJ so I don't really agree. Anyway, martial arts can absolutely be applied in a street fight. But it's important to go into a street fight knowing it's not in a controlled setting and that you need to be prepared for anything
