You should definitely show her what it's like to be a lady. Take her out and make her feel like a real life Disney princess. Invite her up to the tallest and classiest building you can find, like the Space Needle if you've got one. If you don't got one, just pile up as many milk crates you can stack.

Once you're up there and checking out the stars and she's really feeling the romance, it's time to advance the plot. Much like all modern princes, she needs to hate you for a bit. The easiest way is to full on insult her. I like to keep it simple and just tell her she's a piece of shit and I hope she dies. This completes act one. She now hates you.

Now it's time for act two. She needs to see you as a man of action that saves her. Unfortunately, the only danger around is you. If you're at the Space Needle, just start muttering random threats. Nothing awful. Just things like you're gonna wait until she falls asleep and shave her head. If you're on milk crates just jump off and kick away the stairs. Now she's trapped, which cements her as Repunzel, which more importantly makes you best Disney boy Flynn Rider.

You still need to get her out of danger though so that she falls for you. This part is important. I've forgotten it once or twice and it hasn't worked out nearly as well. If you're at the crates, simply set up the steps again. If you're in the threatening to shave her head situation, tell her you were just kidding. Also, laugh so that she knows it's a joke. You'll really want to sell it, so go over the top like Tidus. This also displays your sense of humor. Women also love that.

Now it's onto the final act. I've unfortunately never finished many Disney movies because I don't have the attention span to sit and watch a movie for over an hour, except Lion King because that dude rocks. So we'll follow that one. You'll need to have your nephew around to show up and fight you for being too awesome. Let him win to show how kind you are and then all of swanky hyena type women will swarm to get a piece of you. Now you're swimming in girls.

And that's how you treat her like a lady

Did a 15 mile ride while meeting with a support group over 90 minutes. Thankfully no one mentioned anything.
https://gamefaqs.gamespot.com/a/forum/8/887fd371.png

Getting hard to ride in the afternoon. My outdoor cycling season may be wrapping up. Mornings and evenings are too dangerous to ride.

4 mile walk early this morning playing 2K. Gonna try to complete a 40 game season by the end of Q2. Averaging 2 miles a game.

Added 20lbs to my standard bench and Im now bench pressing 125lbs for 5 sets of 21

Still snatch grip deadlifting 235lbs for 10 sets of 5 and squatting 185lbs for 2 sets of 20. Like the development of my arms and traps. CNS feels awesome. Working to complete all lifts over the course of 2 hours.

I probably now have to ride bikes outside less because of the heat. I'll probably start racing virtually when it's cool at night. What lifts would you add to my program if I did all of this in one day? Can only lift 2x a week because of my cardio schedule but I have plenty of juice. Normally I would box but its a bit too hot to do that outside too. Pools are a little crowded due to the heat wave.

Would an hour of rowing on my machine be all I need to be balanced from a strength standpoint? Maybe pull ups?
Out of curiosity, what's with the sets of 21? It's not wrong, but you can likely get similar results with higher weight/fewer reps. If you're trying shave time off of your routine, that would help a bit.

Anyway, as mentioned I'd throw in overhead press and maybe rows of some kind. I also at one point attempted to use a rowing machine for back exercises. It works, but I got better results from traditional lifts. I do love a row machine for idle cardio though.

Then you'd hit everything pretty much. It's hard af to train cardio hard while also training lifting imo. So good luck to you on that one.

Also, if you're looking to shave time off your routine I'd recommend the rest-pause sets. It's still being studied to see if it's as effective as normal sets, but things look promising. It at least seems to be in the same ballpark. It definitely shaves a lot of time off of a routine

My wife went through a similar situation with her dad recently. Lots of similar situations to your upbringing too. He had pancreatic cancer and was only given a few months to live. She spent that time getting answers to a lot of questions about why he was never around during her life. I'm personally of the, "fuck that guy" camp but she grew a better understanding and got a little closure.

That's not how I deal with these types of things, but I can see how lots of folks value it. So, if you do then listen to TC. It seems to help

I have an idea that I think you should try before you leave the industry. Allow me to make my pitch.

For too long our feet have been the only only appendages that we dress up for protection and fashion. What if I told you, that could change? What if there was another way?

Well, there could be and it's exactly what we're all thinking but never had the courage to implement. That's right, allow me to introduce you to the first sneakers for your hands. It's what I call "creepers".

Imagine a line of functional and fashionable clothing for your hands. You can be as cool as your favorite athletes and actors. Wouldn't you love to own a pair of creepers endorsed by athlete of the century's estate, OJ Simpson? Slip in to a pair of the all new Juicy creepers. How about renowned actor Kevin Spacey? Try on the Billionaire Boys club exclusive creepers coming out next week.

It doesn't end there, coming out this summer creepers are taking the comedy world by storm too. Put your self inside of the "Would you mind if I I take of something while we talk" endorsed by Louis CK. But wait, coming this election season are the Trumps. A pair of creepers made entirely of repurposed human waste. They'll be a hit with the kids.

You should definitely pitch this $100 idea to your bosses before you leave the industry. You can change the world. Or you could just continue to be a coward and not pitch it. I think you're better than that though. I know you'll do the right thing.
