It isn't running alongside TNG? It's just Voyager? Wow. They have a lot of faith.

Voyager isn't a bad show. I'd hesitate to label it good, but I'm a pretty big fan of its fourth and fifth seasons. I vastly prefer DS9 and TNG, but yeah. TNG is the perennial breadwinner monetarily. I'm surprised they would straight up replace it.

They might also be running TNG, but whenever the channel is on it seems to be Voyager. I don't pay very close attention though.

I should watch DS9 eventually.

Recapture is great, but IMO it's context sensitive. It gets bonus points for fulfilling one of the requirements of a good RPG, though in the same way Some Day the Dream Must End does.

I don't think it'd be a big deal for the parent to look at a previously completed problem from the book or class. If the box method isn't actually better, then yeah, it's pointless and shouldn't be taught, but if studies imply that it provides some benefit to mental math or completion speed or understanding then it's hardly an insurmountable problem.
