He was like the top guy along with the Houser brothers. IIRC The Housers basically forced him out of Rockstar, and it lead to a schism within Rockstar (North?). A lot of the veteran GTA developers left with him to start their own studio I think. Rockstar confirmed that heists went through at least three different revisions before they put out what they did, and the unused prison was there from day one. I only had one glitch the entire time I played the game, I thought the Blizzard setting was much better than the idea of Arkham City. And I still think the battle with Bane and his thugs from the POV of the news chopper is one of the most epic moments in the series. The one complaint I would have would be the twist involving Black Mask. Second was everything to do with Arkham Knight, which doesn't really matter right now, but most figured out who he was the second he was revealed.
