Thats how you start playing mafia. Reading the scumboard reminded me how annoyed I was having to explain everything to someone I was pretty certain was town.

And I still have no regrets having knocked seven off. I couldn't have taken him and prof still alive in the end. Would have literally driven me insane.

My last day was basically all defense looking for a hail mary. Red who was basically confirmed town wasn't going to budge so I was at best pretty much alrdy f***ed. JC I honestly felt had to be town with him cuz the save going that night and the result was too coincidental. Plus I still think JC doesnt claim that same breadcrumb as Ulti did with them both scum. It is why I refused to vote JC to save Se7en.

If Dowolf wasn't town, I was dead anyways as he was the only one even analyzing my play instead of using lazy reaaoning. So, I had to assume he was. And ofc he fooled me pretty hard.

So, when the JC lynch got any traction I had to follow it regardless and hope I was just wrong (which I felt I rly could have been due to the IGCD late vote).

Oh well.

I'm telling you, you needed to go after PJ. Combining you two together like you did, there wasnt a lot of options. PJ was the only person i could be convinced to lynch other than you.

Anyway, this was more of a game to try to figure out more about what to fix in mafia. Seems like... there's quite a bit!

(Also maybe I should make my balances more town-favored this is 3 straight scum wins >_>)

31% with SK and then an extra kill on scum faction was too much. But just a little too much.

Also I wish I were here at the end of day 1 because Ulti would have fried as soon as he came out with that all caps scum roleblocker.

I'm soliciting opinions: Should I have claimed when I did or should I have hid everything from everybody? I do see red's point, we maybe could have started to roll people but I just felt like JC would get lynched if I didn't bail him out.

You assured your death the moment you claimed. We had the lynch for the day. I'd have held it in. We probably lose eaed actually because scum certainly figured I had a scan on him.

Honestly super disappointed in almost everybody except @profDEADPOOL. He gets a shoutout from me for that very detailed and logic'd out post he made at one point that I'm trying to find (you now the one, the long one). You can be a much better player than we all think you are, Prof. If you can keep that level of logical thinking and excellence up consistently instead of doing more fluffy and inconsequential posts you can totally be one of the absolute best players we got.

Gonna see if I can muster up the energy to do a ragepost breakdown of this game, because there's a s***load to say about it

yeah I had 2 of 3 too, getting all of them in a row like that was going to be tough.

Umm..hiding what from town? What is scum hiding from town in this scenario? I don't follow.

There are reasons to temporarily withhold things from town, namely because scum knows things but will have to act like they don't. That can be a lot more difficult than when things are out in the open.

Let me reiterate this point: I don't get votes. Period. Unless I'm scum in late game or got scanned, people don't vote me. It's a crazy phenomenon but I can cite many games for reference if it would make you feel better.

Your the definition of the middle ground player. Not the top, not the bottom, just right in the middle. People notices the Kanz's and the MI's but totally ignore the middle. People naturally want to leave the middle alone.

Votals are crazy at that point. Multiple other people cast or tried to cast votes right at deadline. Things can change chaotically. Risking your scumblocker, especially when the cop had claimed, is beyond stupid.

But look at the people that ended up on Kanz. Scum had multiple people that could have still piled onto him without Corrik needing to leave Ulti.

I refused to let the mafia roleblocker wiggle out Day 2 even when to be honest, all we had against him for being scum was my own read that he exhibited scum play.

Ulti was going down in flames no matter what. Hell scum had to have made a conscientious decision to let him go early on because he was getting basically no defense early and wasn't even trying himself to get away from the lynch.

Claimed my role in the first hours of the game without knowing the roles of anyone else. There was a town tracker who probably tracked me to verify my claim if not bad that I went nowhere.

Spent an entire end of deadline trying to lynch deadpool over Town. Who will flip scum because I know wtf is up.

When Se7en and JC were up for lynch, I despite knowing se7en was Town and that JC may be scum, because I knew if JC was town and it was a town-town lynch that JC would be more valuable than a clueless town vanilla who doesn't even understand the rules.

No one is going to go tracking the dude that claims vanilla on day 1. Its a waste of a track unless you really, really think they are scum, especially since they don't have to send an action at all as scum. Even if you think they are scum you probably track someone else.

You never spent an entire day trying to lynch deadpool.

If you thought JC was scum, and you did because you immediately tried to lynch him, why would you not lynch him over someone you thought was town when you had a chance? This would be a massive misplay.

As far as puns is concerned, hes actually the lone note I took with me from day 1. Hes the only person ulti actually tried to plead towards to get them off his lynch.

My thought, does ulti plead with his own scumbuddy? Probably not. You let your scumbuddies find their own ways to talk themselves off your lynch, but town you might have to actually try. It felt like a legitimate try with puns and not a "give my scumbuddy a way out".

So since ulti's flip I've actually had puns in the probably town column. Granted, I could be dead wrong, but thats been my read for awhile.

He had one conversation of memory way back on day 1, with Ulti and one other person(Was it JC? I forget exactly), and at the time I actually commented that it felt like it was either scum letting town eat themselves or they were all scum together(And in fact, I may have been on the right track partially with scum together)
